Love the Ruby Red.. But..

As the title says I love the color of my truck but the birds think its a big red bush I think and hang out on it all the time. They are making it their personal outhouse!!

My ruby also has this. They fight themselves in the mirror and windows. Fold the mirrors in and see if this helps a little.

It seems my freshly washed truck has the same poop magnetic properties as your Ruby Red!

I think that's exactly what they are doing, my windows are all dirty scrape marks from their feet, and a couple days in a row both mirrors and rack are covered in poop

Female cardinals are the worst for this. The red male sits on a tree as a brown female fights the mirror or window. Had this for a few years here. Aggravating.

Same problem,ruby red, tried folding mirrors, didn't work bought owl, didn't work, bought rubber snake, only worked one night

Another trick I've been doing is take an empty plastic bag (Walmart/Kroger) and roll it up in the window.. The wind moves the bag around.. Seems to help with the mocking birds here in the South

Been having this issue with robins lately fighting their reflection in my rear window and messing all over the place. I bought a decoy owl and set it on my bed rail while parked in my driveway, and it seems to have helped.
