All Ford v10's were fuel injected as far as I know.

All Triton engines were port fuel injection and non-distributor ignition with individual coils for each spark plug.

My old 97 f-150 with the 4.6 did not have individual coils. It had two, four pack coils and spark plug wires. I know not on topic but just some info.

Correct, but those were actually 4 individual coils arranged in a common mount. Bad design, as you would be throwing away 3 good coils if one failed.
