Question on Bed Extender Install.

I purchased a Ford Folding Bed Extender, the instructions are somewhat lacking. I have a Ford drop in bed liner, for the locking pin bushings do I drill a hole just big enough so they go into the bed liner or does it need to be big enough they go through the bed liner and snap directly into the body?

If you bought a Ford OEM bed extender you shouldn't have to drill any holes. If the bed liner covers the side posts at the outward end of the bed all of the holes may be covered up.

You have to drill the drop in bed liner, in seven places. Bed already has the holes in it. I figured it out, the holes for the locking pin bushings have a ridge behind them. So the bushings fit directly into the aluminum bed, not into the bed liner.
