bed liner/bed extender conflict
My truck has a plastic bed liner and the factory bed extender. the liner on the gate prevents the bed extender from travelling far enough for the locking pins to engage in the extended position.
The extender has two rubber bumpers about the size of a nickel. It would seem that the options are to cut about 1/2" off of these, or to cut holes in the bed liner to allow them to travel through. Before I start cutting anything, does anyone have a recommendation on which is the preferred method?
