I have a couple questions on an 18 lariat ultimate:
1) the led side mirror spot lights, is there an over ride component to turn them on wheel the vehicle is in motion? For instance parking against a wall it's nice to have the light. There's no need for them on parked.
2) is there a parking light only option on the LED headlight system without the daytime running halo?
3) I thought the lariat ultimate came with 4g Wi-Fi hot spot? Is there and how do I locate it to connect?
Successfully performed the LED mirror spotlight mod on my F-350 truck. Removed and shrink wrapped grey wire with orange stripe #2 from the connector. Then I soldered pins 1 & 2 from the underside of the spotlight module. Works great and allows me to be able to use the spotlights anytime to include while driving. Factory defaults the spotlights to turn off after approximately 10mph.
It's not my post and I haven't tried, so don't blame me for any issues. By the comments in the post this really work and even work with the truck off
