Honestly from an engineering perspective, torque values are based on the hardware, not the parts. You can have all beefier axles if you want, but if it's the same U bolts/nuts holding it on, the torque values won't change.

Yeah, I figured with larger axles, etc, there would be larger hardware, I guess was my point. Didn't want to follow old torque specs if that were the case.
