Any Practical Way To Measure Out 13 Quarts Of Oil?

Oddly, I've never seen diesel oil in 5Q containers, only gas engine oil. Now, I do buy all my oil in gallons, and every one that I've had, from multiple brands, all have Liter/Quart markings down the side of the container. I start out with 4 gallons, and for the 3 subsequent oil changes, I only need to buy 3 gallons. That's how I measure out the last Q I need for oil changes, and I usually pour the majority of this quart into the new, empty oil filter.

dump two of the 5 gallon jugs into the engine. Then using one of the two empty containers, pour 3 quarts into one of the empty containers. Or, you can find 3 each one quart oil bottles and fill them. Or find a one gallon oil container and pour 3 quarts into it.
Go to one of the local auto shops that change oil and I bet they will give you all the empty one quart or one gallon or 5 quart containers you want.
I have a similar problem with parents Escape turbo as it uses 4.7 quarts of oil. I got a quart bottle and measure out .3 of a quart into it from the 5 quart bottle. That leaves 4.3 quarts in the 5 quart container.

For the guys who are doing their own oil changes, what are you using to capture the used oil when you change it? If it holds 13 quarts, if you bought a brand new one could you mark 13 quarts to measure it out and never use it for the old oil? Just a thought, I still have the dealership do mine to keep the warranty forever.
