Is there any GOOD tuner/programers out there?
My truck is at 240k now and getting a little tired. Trying to squeeze out a little more power until I have time to do the Cummins swap

240k on a SOHC V6? Any work done to it? You may be close to a world record.

I had to replace the drivers side cam @ 150k due to delimitation of one of the lobes, other than that just a set of plugs, wires and oil changes @ 3,000 miles.
