Taking On The Interior...

Hi everyone,

I'm preparing to refresh the interior of my 85 Supercab. My questions are:

1) Can anyone provide a vendor that sells the replacement headliner fabric/foam in the factory Ford blue color?
2) What adhesive for the headliner material is recommended? 3M?
3) Roughly how many yards of fabric are needed?
4) Has anyone repainted their plastic panels (B and C Pillar panels in particular)? If so, what paint/prep was required and has the paint lasted without peeling or chipping off?
5) What plastic paint is recommended? Brand? Paint #? (Ford blue for the upper panels and a light gray for the lower panels and front kick panels)
6) Sound deadener / heat shield - any recommendations? I'd like to put some on the inside of the roof as well, so good adhesion is important - in my area, it can get to 105-110 easily in the summer.
7) How many yards are needed for the sound deadener?

Any input from those that have done the job is much appreciated.
