I just replaced the high pressure line on my F250 and my power brakes are still acting up. When I press the brake pedal it goes to the floor and has a wine sound. I have plenty of fluid in the brake reservoir and power steering reservoir. Please help,
Welcome to FTE. I have moved your question to the correct forum for your 2001 F250.
As to your problem it sounds like air in the lines somewhere. Even if your power assist had air (due to the change of the line), the brakes should not go to the floor. Do the brakes work at all?
If you original problem was the pedal going to the floor a power steering hose is not going to fix it. The problem is most likely a bad master cylinder internally bypassing.
