Hey guys I am in the market for new tires and wanted to go for a slightly larger tire. I am looking at 35, 12.5, 20 and was curious if I will have any problems with rubbing while stock height?? And also when I put my 9ft Fisher HD will it possibly rub? I am adding air helpers front and rear soon so that will help keep the truck away from the tires when i put the plow on it.
Stocks are 8 inch. 8.5 inch is min. recommended for 35's. I got 295/65/20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. The 295 is in fact a bit taller than the 35. It's 11.77" wide so a touch narrower than a 35/12.5.
I run 295/65/20 Toyo Open Country A/T's on my 17 Platinum on the stock rims. A hair taller and a hair narrower than the 35 BUT they have a higher weight rating for towing.
