This unbelievably clean '53 perfectly balances classic and custom. Check it out inside.

Nice 53 with a 55 grille and just another guy who couldn't do the work himself. The write up sure gives the owner a lot of credit just for being a true Ford guy...lol

Yes, this is kind of a strange way to post a thread, but the truck is pretty nice...

Just think the site would give more attention to the guys that use their site rather than some high dollar shop ..

Blah!

They write about the 53 being the 50th anniversary, but there is no way to tell it is a 53. No 53 horn button, no 53/54 hood side 3mblem, no 53 grille!

it's alright but I don't like the color combination... especially the interior... high $$ shop should have done better... looks
like something I would do

I have seen some incredible owner work on this site. 56 Panelford's work being a good example. As someone working on my first frame off build it can be very humbling, but it helps to set a level to shoot for. It is hard not to take issue with a vehicle built for big dollars by a custom shop, but I enjoy checking them out none the less. Learning everything the hard way while working on my frame this winter did I wish I could just call up Art Morrison and order one up? Yes I did. But in the end I will be proud to say I did it myself. At a car show when I see paint by owner, engine by owner, suspension etc by owner, those are the ones I really check out. And those are the guys I will go out of my way to compliment if I can.

B

You are on the internet.

You are either the customer, or your info is what's for sale.....

How much did you pay again?

My build thread is on here, it ended up on YouTube because someone stole the information from here, All the work I did myself and I'm not hired out to do anyone's work . I didn't post in this thread for my benefit but for all the guys on here that do their own work. I'm not a trophy hound and nor do I trailer my truck . I built it to drive and enjoy and have dozens of stone chips to prove it..
