Apparently there is a new internal notification at ford that states there are some SD 6.7 with a shorter shifting cable. (Don’t know if this new information or old). This causes a chattering noise to be heard in the cab to the right of the steering wheel. Louder In 4th and 6th gear. New cable number in parts department, Base catalogue is 73e95.
Might help.
