Hoping someone can help - no luck on my own. I need to replace the radiator drain plug on my '94 E-250. It has left hand (reverse?) threads - i.e. turn counter clockwise to tighten. I can't find anything at the local auto stores or Ace. Not even sure what the thread count/pitch is... in the ballpark of 3/8" diameter. Anyone know what the thread count is or where to find one? Any option for a "universal" plug? Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
Sorry this reply might come a bit late----check with your Ford dealer or one of the cheapy parts places for a replacement fitting--I've replaced a few that came either from NAPA or the dealer, whoever had them in stock.

FWIW most things automotive (apart from some threaded fasteners) tend to not be found through any construction of DIY home center.
