Rocker arm assembly recommendation?
Current putting fresh top end on a good used low mile 460 I purchased. Heads are stock D3 and having machine shop freshen them up. Engine came out of 74 RV. I was considering going ahead and getting new rockers push rod, and lifters. So what would yall recommend? Also, should I keep the current cam or go ahead and get a new one of those as well. I would like it to sound good and really lope but was told the stock RV came would do that?

Stock rockers are fine for a warmed over truck engine up to 0.540” lift.. If you want a lot of lope get a thumper cam. If you want a small lope and better off idle performance, an extreme energy deal would be good. Look for minimum of 10 deg additional duration on the exhaust....12-14 is better. Put it on a 110-112 LSA. Also do a performer intake and 750 min carb and headers.
