Dead pedal?

Does the 2015 F350 have the dead pedal on the left drivers side? The one they used to put in to rest your foot on?

I tried this thread a few months back without any luck finding one specifically for our Fords. Still looking.

Is that like a plastic wheel chock? Where'd it come from? I've got a couple but they are bright yellow....

Now I know where my wheel chock went. I've been looking all over for it!

Yep, plastic wheel chock from Walnuts. It has 2 holes ready to bolt to the floor mat. For me it's just a little more comfortable with my left foot resting on something. It might not work as well with aftermarket mats. Dunno!

What a great idea Lastwagon! I found a pair of these chocks at Home Depot for $1.65. Must have been a miss mark.

I hesitated to bolt them to the floor for fear of drilling into a cable or something underneath. If it's clear below then a couple self-tappers would do the trick. That would reduce installation time to about 30 sec.

You've gotta say though, it's nice to have something to push your left foot into. I have knee issues and long trips are a little more tolerable.

Also, my 2015 has a recess next to the kick panel (different than my 2012). So by bolting to the floor you might have to shim it to keep it level.

A word of advice. These are practically worthless as an actual wheel chock. JMO

I 'built' up the left side with about 4 layers of marine carpet.

I might do the same. Mine works fine but that would make it even better.
