Hey Abe,
Plantar Fasciitis can be tough - I feel your heel pain.
inserts help - Lot's of calf stretching - good shoes with lot's of support.
Hang in there. Don't let it go too long - it's hard to get rid of.

Thanks, Ben. That's what I thought it was. Foot Dr. said It is where the achilles tendon attaches to the calcaneus, the heel bone. He made a pad for under the arch so most of the weight is borne by the arch and not the heel.
Did they really have 2 different sets of tow hooks?...... I can't seem to find anything on any tow hooks!.....unless your just busting my ba**s....lol.....if you do get that truck just send me a picture of these tow hooks
Abe....disregard the pic. Of the tow hooks....I was able to zoom in on them......also is it your truck that has the "ford" mudflaps on the back?...... I'm pretty sure someone on here has them....

Ive got NAPA mudflaps on my 55 F350. I think Harrier Joe has them on his f250. They might be too small for your F4. Google them and find what size they come in.
I went all day Friday. Pretty much the same vendors as always, not much new stuff with most of them. Getting to be less and less of the 48-mid 50's stuff.
I did get very lucky and found an original 48-50 jack in very good shape. Another vendor was selling one advertised as that but it was definately a latter year and the hole for the thumb screw looked "homemade".
I picked up a few other things, but nothing i really needed. Just got them becuase they were cheap.
Abe, i picked up about 6 of those sigstat lenses for $1. They were not perfect but they were not cracked either.

Thanks, Bill. But I'm good for now for lenses I know there were guys looking for some. Ken Newman was looking for 2 Amber lenses.
You should come to the Ford show June 1 and 2. No off brands, less walking, etc.

I'm going to California that weekend for work or i would.
The truck nationals are usually less intense as well and you can easily cover most of the show.
Spring Carlisle is usually something i look forward to after a long drawn out winter but it really hasn't changed much in recent years.
I like Hershey but it's also way to big and you feel like your missing out on stuff.
