Snow plow prep question

. Does anybody know if the option makes the front end of the truck sit higher, or make the ride harsher?

I don't know if it's still true, but when I asked at the time I bought my '15 I was told that the suspension was the same as non-plow package trucks. The plow package lets you shut off some electrical devices to save the battery. I would imagine that the electric power steering draws quite a bit during plowing.

I did a little more research and your right. I was assuming it had heavier springs like my 2004 F350 with the snow plow prep, or at least I think it did. Something about computer selected leaf springs.
