Inner Rocker Panel Replacement
Anyone replaced their inner rocker panels? Mine is busted out and I need to replace them in order to install new running boards. I am not sure how hard it is going to be or how much has to come apart to replace them.

Yea not easy like a rocker panel. That is technically the pinch panel, where the floor, rocker and door support all come together. 4 layers of sheet steel, I dont think that anyone sells that. With some sheet metal skills and a mig welder you can replace anything, but custom fab is going to play the major role.

They are available at most any rust repair parts supplier.
if you aren’t replacing the outers and cab corners, a flat piece of sheet metal cut to size may work.
my experience is that inners, and cab corners all go in short order, so be prepared to do the complete job.
the alternative is to buy a new truck.

X2! I'm in the middle of "re-storing" my 01' Reg cab and between LMC, Mill Supply, Ebay, and a few others there are many options. I believe "Classispartsforu" on Ebay has full kits for $200+/-.
