Has any one bought a windshield on e-bay. There are some from a glass manufacture showing many bought and shipped. I called Midwest early ford about buying one from them and pick it up in the car show first of the month in Knoxville TN, 20 miles from me but it was priced 60 dollars more then priced in their catalog. They said that it was for crating.

 

My windshield came from LMC in a big cardboard box with poured in rigid foam. Couldn't have cost $60.

 

I bought the whole set for my 51 off ebay. Came from minneapolis. They ship it all the time.and.know what they are doing..I wouldn't hesitate to b uh it again like that.

I did too, and it made it all the way from China in that box without breaking! Not complaining, it's a nice piece and fit perfectly. As I recall it was only $110 plus $20 oversize handling.
