I looked around last month for one. Couldn’t really find anything without a monthly fee, especially one that wasn’t battery operated.
I ended up with the Spytec XT-2000. Device cost about $85, and there’s a $25 monthly fee for the service. Works pretty good. No issues so far. Just ordered a second one.
What’s nice is that there is no service contract with cancellation fees or penalties, which alot of others had.
