Mirror swap?

I did try searching this swap, but it won't let me.

So, I'm thinking of swapping out my 2005 basic xlt power mirrors. I found some 04-08 KR power, lighted, and signal mirrors for cheap. So, will these plug n play or will I need to do some wiring?

I also like the 09-14 mirrors and those can be had for a reasonable price. I do realize that the wiring maybe totally different on the 09 & up.

Has anyone done a mirror swap on one of these trucks? What's involved? Thanks in advance.

Not sure about the KR but I swapped lighted mirrors onto my 06 XLT. Just straight plug and play. The mirrors I got have the yellow bar across the bottom and light up w/ when you turn on the signal light.
