Recent Embedded Image Issues

Some members can see certain pictures, and some members can not see all posted pics in a thread. Two examples:

Weird. No problem on my end but I see the posts where others can't see certain pics.

I have been having problems with pics and so have others for the last 3 days. Sometimes it comes up as ?? And not a pic.
