I've used PowerStop on other trucks and have been very happy. Less dust and still good stoping.

On my F-150, I got the PowerStop rotors and pads (Z-36 Truck and Tow series) - very happy with them - excellent initial bite, good modulation, smooth, reduced dust, no fade, quiet.

My take on Hawk pads is: stay away --- no dust, but not very good braking either and lots of fade with repeated heavy stoping.

Hahaha, my problem with my '11 F350 was insufficient brake performance when towing heavy and moving rapidly though the backcountry of CO. I went with Hawk Super duty pads, went through two sets in about 160k miles. Lots of dust, ate my rotors, but outstanding performance. And a cheap set of EBC rotors no drilling no slots after 100k miles was fairly cheap and a good improvement too.

Hawk makes some low dust brake pads for the SuperDuty, that's what I would do.....

And don't forget to fully replace your brake fluid every two years, and use the new low viscosity stuff for antilock brake systems as recommended by Ford. Either Dot 4.1 or Dot 5.1. I always used Motul 5.1, same stuff I use on my race bikes.
