56 223 mounts? Truck is not here so can't get a look but it will be at the end of the week. I need new mounts for the trans and the motor. Motor is no problem but the mounts for the trans? Old picture before all the other new parts are not much help because of all the grime. The org 56 factory manual is no help
As you can see there is to much old grime with this picture for me to see all that well. Just would like to get the new pieces install on my friends truck next week if lucky. Thanks for any help you can give.
What was throwing me off was they were for an auto trans and ours is a straight shift or does it make any difference becuse of the way the bell housing mounts up to the frame on these trucks?

1956 223 I-6 mounts.
3 speed, 3 speed with overdrive, 4 speed or Ford-O-Matic doesn't make any difference for the mounts (rubber insulators).
Thanks, guys. Got the truck over yesterday so we were able to look under it so I could make sure I was ordering the correct mounts. Needed the motor mount also and wanted to double check it for being the correct one. So now just to wait for the parts come in.
