The major problem will be the heckling you will get from the Ford purists around here. From the pictures I am guessing about 1/4- 1/2"? I think my wheels on my 4x4 are only about 3/4- 1" clearance to the tie rod end but with the smaller diameter wheels that measurement is straight horizontal. Your wheels look to be 16-17" so there is some diagonal offset there too. The clearance doesn't look that bad to me. I wouldn't worry if it were mine on a 2WD.
A lot more dodge wheels out there used than old ford 6.5’s. Rather use a Dodge wheel than a Chevy.
for some reason I thought it would be an issue when steering. Had kid move wheel and realized the tie rods clearance is static. I’d say 1/4” between tie rod and wheel. They are 17” with probably +40 offset, replacing my 16” that had a 0 offset and cleared the calipers by an 1/8”.
They fit, I'm running the same rims with 315 70 17s on my 4x4. They rub my sway bar near full lock. These trucks have 1/2 studs, the dodge uses 9/16. The stock lug nuts won't clamp correctly, they'll dig into the rims. You'll have to drill the hubs and change out wheel studs/ nuts or get special lug nuts that are sized for the 9/16 stud hole but with the 1/2" threads. I'll be running 1.5-2" spacers once I swap my rear axle to get the track width close front to rear. Nothing wrong with spacers, dodge ran huge 4"+ spacers on the front of 94-02 duallys so they could use the same front axle in both SRW and DRW. Just make sure they are steel and not aluminum and check torque regularly.

Thanks speedfreak78. I found some nuts that work. NAPA 641-3386 which are Dorman 611-292’s.
1/2”-20 13/16 hex, 60° seat which is extra wide.
You’re saying the tires rub? Not the wheel itself.
Considering the steering arm moves in the same plane as the wheel, unless you have an extremely flat tire with a side-load pulling it into the steering, you should have 0 issues. I think they look good on your truck!
