I think that these EAC heads will fit on your flathead engine. They are similar to the EAB Ford. I have a set of those on a 24 stud engine.

If I'm not mistaken EAC heads are Merc heads and if used on a 3 3/4 stroke engine the result is lower compression. The EAB heads were higher compression compared to 8ba heads. The 8rt truck heads were the lowest of them all from what I understand.
