But it's weird. The Hawk website says they're not recommended for personal or recreational vehicles, but says recommended for light trucks towing excessive payloads. Hmm
But the again I like the EBC yellow, but not the price. 😁
I can't stand EBC pads. I tried the greenstuff pads and they don't last long, plus they created more brake dust than I've ever seen on a wheel.
For my towing needs (10k travel trailer and 10k lb dump trailer) I use the Hawk LTS pads on the front and an OEM quality pad for the rears. The rears will work with just about any pad and since the majority of the stopping power comes from the fronts, I've found any quality replacement will work well on the rear, as long as I have the LTS pads up front. Obviously YMMV.

Thanks. That's why I'm wanting opinions. I don't have any experience with either. But I know the Wagner Thermoquiet aren't that good.

Same here with the dusty EBCs! They are on the wife's Scooby right now (01 Forester) and the dust volume is amazing. Dark grey color, almost black, so that helps hide it a bit. They work well enough, but it's a new bigger brake setup so I cannot say how much of the braking improvement is from the pads vs the bigger rotors.
Regarding the info on the Hawk site about their Super Duty pads... my interpretation is not so great when cold, and/or they're gonna squeal like a banshee. I only have a set because they were preloaded when I got SSBC calipers. Which is something of a recommendation if SSBC uses them. I'm sure we have brothers out there who tried them and can share their opinion. All that said, I expect you will like the LTS pads.
