Front Bumper Nut Size

I’m looking for the size of the j nut / u nut / body spring nut / whatever they’re called. See pic below.

the smaller size is m6x1.0

Somewhat related question. I picked up a newer SD rear bumper. Is there an easy way to tell the difference between pre and post Nov 2014 production date? I need to get the backup sensor brackets.

For anyone reading this in the future, it is actually M10x1.5. And a pain to find anywhere in stock. I got lucky at an O’Reilly about 20 miles away.
