EDGE Insight CTS2
I installed an EDGE Insight CTS2 with ERG, AIH delete pressure gauge, and fuel pressure gauge (on Driven Diesel bowl delete) and ran it for for first time yesterday.
I have seen where other users have said theirs is setup to show PIDs like voltage, IPR, ICP, exhaust back pressure, etc, but I do not see these PIDs listed.
My boost pressure gauge is not working properly. Its above 100 all the time, usually around 150-200 psi.
Also the unit cuts off and restarts randomly.
Has anyone else had issues using this on these trucks or have some feedback on how to make it work properly and show more PIDs? I know the PIDs will show up because I used Forscan on my PC.
Thanks!
When you plug it in again, make sure the key is on or truck is running when you choose your VIN, Mfg, etc, or it will screw it up. If it does not work after this, you may have an issue with your OBDII port.
To switch PIDs: When you are on the main screen showing gauge readouts, tap on one you want to change. This will bring up a list of options, choose set new PID (top option). Then scroll through the list to choose and it will set. Keep in mind that while scrolling through the list it will display the full name not the abbreviation. IPR=Injector Pressure Regulator Duty Cycle, ICP=Injector Control Pressure, etc.

The first thing I did was run the firmware update, and then plug it in, turn key on, and enter information it asked (VIN etc.)
I found out how to change PIDs (added my two pressure sensors and ERG) but the list is very limited.
