I installed a set of LED headlamp bulbs and now having quite a bit of RFI causing almost no AM band radio and it's also affecting my commercial FM equipment. It's probably related to the top China quality bulbs but I figured as long as I was at it I would have a look at the grounds, since the OEM Halogen bulbs were not bright at all.
Can someone point me in the correct location for the CKT 57 grounds G100 and G108 possibly? I have been searching online for better than an hour and not hit the right combination I guess
Thanks in advance !!
Grounds G101 & G102. One for each headlamp. Note that each grounding point is used by multiple circuits so it's fairly unlikely that they are the source of your issues unless you are having other problems that have not been reported.
G108 is one of the battery negative leads, probably on or near the starter. The EVTM is not explicit.
Thanks for the information! The OEM lamps just don't seem bright as I've noticed other same model truck to be. So I thought I would look over the situation starting at the end and work my way back. May just be me on the brightness but the wife seems to think the same Guess I better have a look.
