NEED HELP

I’m a new truck owner and new to the 2010 F-150 4wd shift ****. I shifted into 4x4 hi while parked and now my vehicle is shaking. What has happened and how to I fix it

If you mean it shakes when you try to
move, it mean there is a bad solenoid that shifts a wheel hub, parts are about 65.00. There are 3 solenoids top left firewall, they get wet and corrode.
one is bad.
