2006 E-450 Won’t Start

we have a 2006 e-450 super duty rv 6.8L V10 that won’t start. the battery and starter motor have both been tested and are in perfect shape. when you try to start it nothing happens and it just makes a click noise

Might be bad battery cables.

Check all connections and grounds first. If the battery cables look good, move them around a bit. Might be broken inside but look good on the outside.

Try taking off the serpentine belt. Every so often you hear about an AC compressor that locks up and prevents the engine from spinning.

DO NOT drive without the belt, just crank it to see if it turn over. Briefly starting ot won't hurt.
