oh, terrell man. Right off 80 and 20. 20 minutes from rockwall. Took me 15 to get from my home now to the new house.

Yes, supposedly I am going into it with equity. Comparables around and like homes were in the 180s. Old lady wants out, house does need some TLC as parts like the interior are just slightly dated. But things Im not too worried about and can change easily before I do decide to sell.

so when yall leave? Dont forget to tip the porters at the port I do $1.00 a bag. You should be able to drive up to drop bags and family then park. On the ship when you order a drink tip will be included but therr is a line for additional tip. Lexie gave extra once cause she did not realize one was already there

Leaving Wednesday morning.
The wife is taking the Hummer to get washed today so I won't have to mess with it this weekend, The place she takes it is cheap and one less thing on the to do list. I just need to touch up the inside and that won't take long since it's not a daily driver.

I started mowing grass when I got home from work and mowed till dark but I was able to get it all done. I have some weedeating to do but that should not take too long. The wife cleaned the Hummer so all I really need to do is polish the rims, pack and load!! We have decided to cancel the first big motorhome trip to the beach in July. The mom in-law is going to visit the other daughter up north when we get back so we have no one to watch the house and animals. Our daughter started complaining and my wife had to get on her. My wife said your driving an almost brand new vehicle and your fixing to go on a cruise for your birthday and your complaining about us not going to the beach for a weekend in July? Spoiled!!! We talked about take the motorhome down to Orlando few a week or so and going to a water park or whatever after the mom in-law gets back. Little man loves the water and most of the water parks have a play area for little ones.

yeah, I know a racer that races there. I worked with his brother, they are friends of mine. I helped paint their new chassis

Got a call yesturday, houses foundation has to be fixed before closing, so sellers have to fix it before they can even sell it. Fingers crossed this just goes well.

Too far, needs to be close enough to make a quick trip to feed and let out the dogs.

All the grass is mowed, weedeating is done, blew the sidewalk and driveway, cleaned the pool and took the trash to the dump!! I also looked at the blower motor on the mom in-laws house AC and finished detailing the Hummer. Tomorrow I just have to clean the back gutters of the house, put an air vent controller in the mom in-laws SUV, and most important is to start packing!!!

don't be surprised if they try to raise the price or back out all together. Mud jacking a foundation can get expensive

i was fine with price increase for repairs... because i negotiated down for repairs to begin with. back up to origional with repairs and im fine with it. i will have equity immediatly, house appraised for higher than price with issues....

Not feeling it this week. I am really thinking about taking tomorrow off too, but I have to finish a machine up first.
