Yes she knew I was a little different. I am a great husband, father and provider so she deals with it!!
I will have the iPad plugged in so no worries about battery drain. I can get to Jacksonville without it. It's just getting to the hotel and to the port when I may need to use it.
Like Hugh said, home ownership is great till something breaks, then it's all on you.

The spindle for the mower came in yesterday and the ice bin for the motorhome. The iPad mount should come in today. Getting things together but the main push will be over the weekend. Looks like little to no chance of rain so maybe I can get everything done that I want to do.

Check with the hotel see if they do sleep cruise, where you leave the Hummer there and take their shuttle to and from port. That what we did when we went to PR.

Hump day is here!!
I just have to make it thru the rest of this week and 2 days next week and then vacation time!!!
Home buying is not a fun thing but worth it in the end. I just hope we never move again.
I have a new mechanic boot camp guy working with me and this one is a lot better than the last one. He listens and is willing to learn about the machines.

Jacob,
Hopefully there is not an HOA, Home Owners Association. I have heard horror stories about them.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOA. I made sure I only looked in NON HOA places. This neighborhood is old, in a very small town. The only place to shop is walmart. I definilty tried to stay away from a major city. In a couple years, I can sell the house and build my own place on my land, but right now I need to get my chickens in order first, life is way to hecktic to attempt to build. And my financial history, being I moved to texas years ago would be very risky to lenders to allow me to build. Home is more steady, less risk, and allows me to get on my feet quick.

so where is it? You forget I use to live out there and kids are still out there?
plus when you get ready to build you can sell that one hopefully for a profit

Yay tomorrow is Friday,!!
I fixed the riding mower and sharpened the blade on the push mower this afternoon. My daughter is taking the blower in to get fixed since it is still under warranty. Saturday I want to take care of property stuff and then Sunday start packing!! I am so ready for my vacation.
