After two 12 hour days at work I had just enough energy to eat, take a shower and crash. The transmission removal is going slow. Older trucks with lots of hours are always harder to get things disconnected. There is already another truck waiting for a transmission swap after I get this one done. My working partner will be done with school when I get this one done so that one will go a lot faster.

I took off the old porch light from the motorhome and half put the new one. I have to pick up some clear silicone to finish mounting it and get a bolt for the awning arm.Once I get the bolt I can put in the new remote lock cable and be done with that once and for all. I fixed the light in the fridge, just had top clean the bulb contacts!! A little more than 2 weeks till vacation!! The daughter has already put in her request for dinner in Jacksonville before we cruise. She has no idea we already bought a birthday cake and decorations for the cabin. I will break out the suitcases tonight and start getting everything together. Extended forecast is looking great for the cruise just hope it stays that way.

even if it rains will not be for long. When we were in Cozemel it was raining on one side in the morning. Time we got to the snorkeling area it was clear

Went to mom in-laws to change the turn signal bulb in her car and fix a few other small things. She fed us dinner. I got the bolt and silicone for the motorhome but won't mess with it till next weekend. Going to get the suitcases out tomorrow since we got home later than we thought. Little man is grumpy right now since he didn't have a nap today.

The weather will be what it will be but i hope it will be nice most of the time. Going to have over time this week too so I will be more than ready for a vacation!

Does that mean Daddy is grumpy also because he did not get his nap. Remember to pack light. You will not have a lot of closet space

I can deal with it and I have a lot more patience than I use too. Heading in early and staying late today, they want to truck done and I won't turn down the extra money. I will put this money towards the beach trip in July.

Your cruise is going to be way to short for all the work you are doing. It was 85 in Nassau yesterday

They announced the new safety guy and it wasn't me, no big deal.
Transmission is in and I am running the last of the calibrations. Going to finally leave on time today!

The new guy way had too many things to even to compete with. I'm good with it, plus I would have missed all buddies on the shop floor.
Put the new remote lock on the awning last night, little man grabbed the old broken one off the ground and would not put it down the whole night. He watched me take it out and want to help put it back in. It was like he was helping daddy!! The kid is learning so much so fast now.

2 weeks till vacation!!!
