05-07 cluster swapping
I have a 2005 f250 xl 5.4 truck and a 2007 f350 xlt 6L stripped for parts. I want the cab harness from the 07 as it has pw/pl/few other goodies. Making the question simple, can a diesel trucks dash wiring in a gas truck function the gas cluster? I assume all that’s different is no boost gauge. Better have a overbuilt harness than a plain one?? Hope someone can help me. I can’t test this out as it’s a project truck. Don’t wanna invest more into something that can’t work.
