Pulsing like the vein in your forehead while watching C-SPAN, or more like that twitch in your eye when you realize the brisket isn't going to be done in time for dinner?

The only time I ever had my throttle pulsate was when I wasn't paying attention and hit the rev limiter pulling a big grade, makes for a strange feeling in the cab of the truck.
