Another P0305 Problem.

Another P0305 Problem.
2013 F150 5.0L
I am at a loss. I started getting a P0305 (Cyl #5 misfire) a while back. If I am on a trip and ignore it, I will get a P0300, P0306, and P0308 as well as those same codes with a pd next to them. This truck runs really smooth. Periodically I will pick up a shudder while stopped or on the road in the 45-55 mph range climbing a slight incline and it is not usually associated with a CEL.
Initially I purchased a coil pack. I replaced #5. when problem came back I hop-scotched that coil pack to all the rest of the plugs. Still get the P0305. When that did not work, I replaced the plugs. Still no luck. After reading more I replaced the fuel injectors. Still no luck.
Not sure where to go next. I did see a reference to checking the fuel pressure, but not sure where to connect up and what to connect to do that. I would hate to go through replacing the fuel pump if it is not low pressure or causing the problem.
Any other recommendations?
