Lift kit and leaf Spring Identification

Hello all. I have a problem. I bought a used truck and it has a lift kit on it. I will post pictures tomorrow. I am still getting acquainted with my truck and I saw the other day that on of my rear leaf springs in the spring pack has cracked. I would like to replace it myself but I am unsure if it is a stock one or an older lift kit. The front shock had no names on it except the serial number "Q17 198" then under it "658692" then under that it said made in mexico, do not heat up etc. Now on the rear leaf spring I could barely make out the serial number so I do not know if it is right. Starting from the top of the bracket "HA" "5BE" "010" they were listed in a column. Ill take a bunch of pics tomorrow but I can clearly see blocks under the springs so I am not sure if this is an after market leaf spring as well. If anyone could be of help it would be much appreciated

Get the block height as well. Is it a 250 or 350?

It looks like you have a stock spring pack with a larger block in the rear to gain the lift. Here is a pic of my spring pack as a comparison. Mine is stock. Most 4” use a new spring pack up front with a block in the rear.
