15 years 33 ft TT and 2003 Ex V10
15 years on the road about 5000 miles per year. My wife and I travel USA and Canada N-S-E-W. We are 80/83 years young now.
2003 EXC V10 3.73 "bone" stock purchased new. (Except Timbren Bumpers on rear axle). 115k miles. 265/75R16 E at 80 psi. Pullrite 10k. Hitch with Heavy Duty Bars.
2003 Mountaineer 335 TT purchased new. 9600#. Tongue 1000# 235/80R-16 E 80 psi.
The hitch was first on our 1996 Bronco then moved to the EX with some new brackets.
We like the Michelins on the EX. BFG'S did not last. Tread separation, etc replaced until BFG warranty.
We have blown and worn out several 225-75R15 D and E on the TT. We use Provider (Taskmaster) 235-80R16 E on 16 inch 6 bolt wheels. 80 psi. They are great and run cool. 20 degrees cooler than 15's. Measured with IR Reader. TT Springs upgraded to 3500# - stops bottomimg out and overstressing tires.
All weights measured on Certified Scale and Hydraulic scale for individual wheel weighing for proper weight distribution.
8-10 MPG pulling at 55-60 MPH.
I will add more info later. Ask any questions you have.
