I think loosening the bolts, lifting the cab a bit with a pry bar in each spot or something to break loose any stiction or paint goo, and just slide it over. Should be an easy one to do in the garage.
Could just tie a burro to the cab and hold out a bag of Cheetoz. I'll bet ti has something to do with the new "hydraulic" body mounts. Fighting each other, or being installed cattywompous or something.
New Member hear. I have noticed that the drivers side door on my truck is slightly out of line. You would think in 2018 this would not be an issue. Old muscle cars and hotrod where good for this but those cars are 50 years old

My doors were screwed up as well. Pointed it out to my salesman during the inspection. Had it fixed in a few hours at the dealership body shop a week later. No problems.
My dealer told me today it's a common issue and within tolerance and actually showed me another truck with identical issue. Driving me crazy now that I know it's there. Would love to hear of a success story before I try to remedy it myself.
On my 2016 the bed was aligned perfectly and had no liner - just metal. Once I had the Line-X installed, the bed was so off that the plastic pucks on my gooseneck safety chain hooks would pop out. Many dealers will have aftermarket bed liner sprayed in and put them back on the lots and it is not the fault of the factory - you see the end result. My 2018 with factory bedliner and my 2013 with factory bedliner (toughcoat) were perfectly aligned. From my experience, the bed can be adjusted quite a bit.
Don't touch it... why would you?
Just bring it to the dealer and be firm and professional with them. Chances are they'll treat you well and with respect.
I highly doubt that the bed alignment meets factory specs looking at your pictures. It's probably an easy fix and a reputable dealer wouldn't be proud of an issue like that leaving their dealership. Your not being unreasonable to request it's allignment.
As a former custom home builder, I'd fix it no questions asked.
