Exclamation question?

my 95' Ford F-350 with a 351W won't crank up with out starting fluid, once its cranks it doesn't need the fluid to start?

You want to rephrase that.

Because that is a statement, not a question.

Cranking is entirely electrical. Starting fluid does nothing to crank an engine over. Starting fluid helps start the motor by adding fuel during cranking.

Check for codes, and post any you get including pass codes. If it starts with starting fluid then you are likely looking at a fuel delivery problem. What is the fuel pressure; key on engine off and running?
