?? Don't know, not the same bulbs I used? They don't look as bright as mine in the pic above.Mine dim down but not as low as the stock incandescent bulbs
I think he problem with the bulbs I used is that they only illuminate straight out. The ones you used illuminate straight out and 360 degrees. But that’s just my guess

I really didn't want to have to scrape off the tint. Can you buy an aftermarket cluster cover that would replace the stock background? I have seen pics but don't know if its a whole new cluster or just the background.
You could try calling LMC truck or another company that sells dash parts, they might be able to tell you if the clusters they offer have the green tint material or not. Be aware, they can be expensive!
