For the dash, it's a 74 bulb. I do believe it's the same for the HVAC controls. I'm assuming you don't have electronic HVAC.
You have to pull the cluster, then the bulb spins out and back in. The dash pulls off around the cluster, then 4 bolts hold the cluster in. 8MM IIRC. Same with the HVAC controls.
A week ago I replaced the cluster lights in a 98 expedition and there were 5 #194 bulbs for the main lights. Warning lights and such are #37 bulbs. This cluster had 4 burnt out 194s, and 5 burnt out 37s. You can get a 10 pack of 194 from Oreillys for $9. Elsewhere they are $2-2.50 a piece. I would for sure put in 5 new 194 bulbs, if I were you. And chances are you will need some more 194s elsewhere on your truck, if not now....soon. Sorry, but I don't know about the center console bulbs. All the screws had 7mm heads. A nutdriver will get all but 1 or 2. The two screws holding in the cluster on the right side may require a 1/4" ratchet and a short (2-3") extension. The bulb sockets are a little hard to turn and release, you may need a pair of pliers. Don't hesitate to get a little strong with them. There is a hidden screw that needs to be removed behind the headlight switch. Be careful removing that switch, the front cover is a flimsy POS. You have to release the gear select indicator from the cluster. There are 2 black tabs, one on each end of it, push them in and it comes out.
