Transfer Case

My 1993 f250 has been sticking when i try to take it out of 4 wheel drive it has manual lock outs and manual shift how hard is it to rebuild transfer case or is there something else i ahould b looking at

Check the linkage first before you go right into tearing it apart, it's possible that lube could fix i

i already did that and it still was a problem

Some times that does happen especially if on hard pack or other hard surfaces. Back up and pull forward a couple times.
