Need help rough idol

2000 f250 5.4 vin letter “L” 229,xxx miles 2wd. Problem. Low idol under load. Truck was given to me not running and 2 flat tires. Misfire cyl 5. TB completely coated in grim. Dirty MAF. Clogged cat. Deteriorated muffler. IAC snorkel hose loose. Pvc not connected.I now have the truck running. Put Toto M/T’s 33’s. New plugs ( ngk’s ) -cyl 7 plug soaked in oil.- new coil pack cyl 5. Removal of cat. Cleaned TB and seafoamed thru booster, oil, & fuel. Cleaned mass (even replaced with another used cleaned one.
Idol is still low under load (500-700 rpm). No code light on as of right now. But did get a p0141 bank 1 #2. So the trucks running Ritch and rough idol. Where should I start next?
