Any ideas?

so I’m in the process of egr delete on my 04 6.0 and I also recently cut my exhaust cat and muffler gone I left it short and drove it that way for a couple days now I can notice a sputter around 2 grand when I accelerate like it’s choking out doesn’t happen all the time but should I be worried?
