Kind of familiar with the Sisters area although I've probably forgotten most of it. Got busted up pretty good there in a High School Rodeo back in 70. Have a cousin in Redmond and looked at a Resident Deputy position in Camp Sherman a number of years back. Couldn't afford the position though. Had a couple of Hamburgers on the West End of town last June and made a visit or two to Big Lake.
We have a couple of members in Prineville. Wayne shows up somewhat regularly in our BS thread located here, https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post17859068
I'll see if I can make a connection for you in with another fellow in Prineville that has quite a few connections.
Well Seabisquit it sounds like you know exactly where I'm at haha. I'll have to dig up and post a pic of the monster trout my son's bf caught out of the Metolious this summer.
That's awesome Bertha I thought I had read some of your posts. We just moved back here after spending the last 7 years in Las Vegas. Soo happy to be back in OR. Now that I'm really looking I've seen several highboys around Sisters lately.
Beautiful! fish. Looks like a Rooster Tail did the job. Never lived over there, but the folks did a lot camping and 'horse' stuff over there. One of the earliest pictures I've seen of me fishing with the folks is when I was knee high to a grass hopper, tied to a tree with just enough rope to get knee deep in the water along the Metolious.

yep it was a beauty. Snapped a couple quick picks and back in the water.
I'm in Prineville also....I'm getting ready to pull my 1971 into the shop, but I don't have any dentside parts. Someone on craigslist in Bend or Redmond was advertising some about a month ago...I'm not sure what all he had. What are you looking for?? I can keep a lookout during my travels.
As Allen said, there are a lot of those trucks around here. Let me know if I can help.
Thanks Cowboy I appreciate it. As seen in the pics I'm gonna need a right rear bed corner and bed trim with the vynal strips or better yet just the strips. The stock 360 is pretty tired so I would really like to find a decent 390 I could swap in or at least a rebuildable one for a reasonable price.
