VIBRATION - help

My 1996 Eddie Bauer get a strong vibration that feels like an out of balance wheel. It happens at above 60mph. It happens most of the time, not all of the time. Seems like I can be on the same stretch of highway and it will happen one day and not another. It gets worse as the tires get older.

I have changed the bushings and ball joints and just changed the steering linkages. I replaced the bearings and hubs.

It ends up ruining the tires to the point that they (the left one at least) makes that wa wa wa wa type humming sound.

It has been going on for years.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Is it possible one (or more) of the wheels is bad/damaged?

Hey. Thanks. I have looked and it doesn't seem like it. I've rotated the tires and it always stays at the front.
